1. These Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions that the Buyer may purport to impose or incorporate under any purchase order confirmation of order or similar document, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing.
2. Acceptance of delivery of the Goods in accordance with these Conditions shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
3. Seller is not responsible for any damage or alterations to the product caused due to poor storage or handling.
4. Upon failing to read the labels, allergens, and/or best-by date, resulting in health concerns, in this case, the customer will be held fully responsible for ingesting the product if he/she/ is allergic to certain ingredients within the product or if the product has been expired.
5. To ensure proper storage (especially in coastal areas), transfer the contents of the packaging into an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.

Seasonal Changes:

Due to changing seasons and varied weather conditions, our products are subject to change slightly (nutritional content) in different seasons. This does not affect the final goods produced with our products.
